Tsoi/Kobus & Associates is designing the South Street Power station renovation. Now in its 30th year, Cambridge-based Tsoi/Kobus & Associates is one of the nation’s leading architecture, planning, and interior design firms for science and technology, college and university, healthcare, and commercial real estate projects. Partnering with Tsoi Kobus on the South Street Landing Project is Durkee, Brown, Viveiros & Werenfels Architects (DBVW), a full-service architectural firm located in Providence, Rhode Island. DBVW’s portfolio includes commercial, institutional and residential design. An area of specialization for the firm is the preservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. DBVW believes in building strong, livable communities that promote economic growth and preserve cultural and natural resources. They design inspiring and engaging places for people to live, learn, work and play.
Spagnolo Gisness & Associates (SG&A) is designing the River House Student Housing, the parking garage and is also serving as the master plan architect for the overall project. SGA has offices in Boston and New York.
